Ellen Gunty, M.A., has been an HR consultant doing training,OD, & mediation for over 10 years. She is the founding owner of Means to an End [www.meanstoanendca.com]. Originally trained as a clinician with experience in both NYC & the San Francisco Bay area, she now
uses many of those same "people skills" in the service of HR consulting, business/domestic mediation, training, organizational development, and executive
coaching in both the private and public sector.
Ellen is also a member of the national mediation pool used by the Department of Justice to help resolve disputes regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act [ADA].
During its run, she was a recurring guest on the nationally syndicated radio show “Family Talk” taking live questions about resolving family issues. She's also taught at UC Berkeley. Ellen is involved with many professional organizations including the National Association of Professional & Executive Women, for "Women of Excellence." In addition to this blog, she writes for other professional publications. Created in 1996, her company brings clients "cutting edge solutions" to their business and personal concerns.
